Twin-wall chimneys
Insulated twin-wall chimneys for stoves, fireplaces, boilers and saunas. Installed on an external wall or inside the building.
What is an insulated chimney?
An insulated (twin-wall) chimney consists of two pipes: an inner flue that carries the smoke and an outer protective casing. The space between them is filled with thermal insulation. It is the right choice where there is no masonry chimney or the existing one cannot be used.
Two walls
The inner pipe is made of acid-resistant stainless steel; the outer casing protects the system and gives it a neat finish.
Thermal insulation
Flue gases cool more slowly, which improves draught and reduces condensation.
Outside or inside
Installed on an external wall or inside the building, through the ceiling and roof.
Complies with EN 1856-1
Our products meet the European chimney standard and come with a 5-year warranty.
Outer casing colours
The casing can be left unpainted or finished in one of four RAL colours.
Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual finish.
What does the system consist of?
The chimney is assembled from individual components, so it can be adapted to almost any building and heating appliance. The most commonly used parts are:
- 1Rain cap and top end piece
Finishes the top of the chimney and protects it from rain and snow.
- 2Twin-wall pipe sections
500 mm and 1000 mm lengths, combined to reach the required height.
- 3Wall bracket
Securely fixes the chimney to the building wall.
- 4Twin-wall 90° tee
Connects the horizontal flue connection to the vertical section of the chimney.
- 5Bottom end piece
Adapter from twin-wall to single-wall pipe.
- 6Two-piece decorative wall plate
Neatly covers the opening in the wall.
- 7Single-wall pipe sections and 90° elbow
Together with a clamping connector, they connect the heating appliance to the chimney.
- 8Insulated condensate collector
Collects condensate at the base of the chimney so it can be drained.
